Once you've booked your trial, here are a few things you can do to help insure that you get the most out of it.

What to wear: the key here is color, I want you to see the makeup looking as closely as possible to the day of your wedding. What color is your dress? Is it white, ivory, or perhaps you are wearing a cheongsam or brightly colored sari for most of the day? Try to find a shirt that closely resembles that color - it doesn't have to be anything fancy, a T-shirt is fine - but the color will reflect into your skin and I want it to be as accurate as possible so that on your wedding day we have NO surprises!

Have a clean face and dry hair. If you wash your hair everyday - then wash it that morning. If not, try to have your hair in the same state as it will be on the morning of your wedding.

Do you have your veil or jewelry yet? You might want to bring those too, in order to see how they look with your chosen style.

What to research: the key here is pictures! Bring me images of your dress, the bridesmaid's dresses, your colors, flowers and especially of hairstyles and makeup you like (even bring me photos of the ones you don't like!). Also, photos of you that you like are a good reference for me. The images can be from magazines, the web, wherever you can find things that appeal to you. These will communicate to me what types of styles you are looking for and the formality of your ceremony - pictures speak 1000's of words and I want to hear them all so that I can create your perfect look!
